Change in Wulff Group Plc's Group Executive Board

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE JULY 26, 2021 AT 10.40 A.M.
Tomi Hilvo, CEO of Wulff Entre Ltd and a member of the Wulff Group's Executive
Board, resigns and joins another company in August. Elina Pienimäki, CEO of
Wulff Group Plc, Trond Fikseaunet, CEO of Wulff Supplies AB, Elina Hanén, CFO of
Wulff Group Plc, Tarja Törmänen, Director of Communications and Marketing of
Wulff-Group Plc, and Veijo Ågerfalk, CEO of Wulff Beltton, will continue as the
members in the Wulff Group Executive Board.

“I thank Tomi Hilvo for a good job at Wulff Entre. In a challenging market
situation, we succeeded in developing new remote meeting services under his
leadership alongside to our traditional fair event services, and the company has
good opportunities to make sales and profit with a renewed product range now,”
says Elina Pienimäki.

The business of Wulff Entre, which sells international fair event services and
remote encounter solutions, will be led by Sami Hokkanen, who has been the
company's Chief Operating Officer. He will continue as the COO with a strong
focus on commercial success. “Wulff Entre's competitive advantage comes from

and services. With this team and the products we develop, we can offer special
and meaningful encounters. We are now focusing on sales - and we believe in the
recovery of the fair event industry event by event and encounter at a time,”
Hokkanen sums up his mood about the fair event industry and its prospects.
