WULFF GROUP PLC CEO KIMMO LAAKSONEN RESIGNS FROM HIS POSITION

Wulff Group Plc's CEO Kimmo Laaksonen resigns from his position and will leave the company immediately. Heikki Vienola, who has acted as the Chairman of the Board, will be appointed as the Group CEO as of today. Vienola will also continue on as a member of the Board. Ari Pikkarainen has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board. Pikkarainen has been a member of the Board since 1999 and is the co-founder of Wulff Group Plc.
