ELINA RAHKONEN NAMED WULFF GROUP PLC’S INTERIM CEO

Wulff Group Plc’s Board of Directors have appointed CFO Elina Rahkonen as the
interim CEO of Wulff Group Plc beginning on October 1st, 2016. The current CEO
Topi Ruuska will step down from his position on September 30th, 2016 as
previously announced. Wulff Group Plc is looking for a new permanent CEO.
