WULFF GROUP PLC BOARD MEMBER SAKARI (SAKU) ROPPONEN HAS PASSED AWAY

Sakari (Saku) Ropponen, a long-serving member of Wulff Group Plc's Board of Directors, has passed away due to a difficult illness on July 30th, 2015. Ropponen served as a member of Wulff Group Plc's Board of Directors since 2000. He was the Chairman of the Board 2010-2012.

Due to the incident, Wulff Group Plc's Board of Directors has convened and restructured. Sakari Ropponen's responsibilities have been divided to the other Board members for now.
