Director's Dealing

WPP was notified today of changes in the share ownership of Mr Mark Read, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of WPP plc, pursuant to the vesting of shares issued under the WPP Restricted Stock Plan.  The award was made to Mr Read in 2015. 

On 15 November 2018, Mr Read became entitled to receive 10,974 WPP plc ordinary shares as a result of this award.  Mr Read has retained all the shares and will personally pay the UK tax liability arising on the award.  Mr Read's holding in WPP is now 139,487 ordinary shares.
