Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or their Connected Persons
The Company announces that the following person discharging managerial responsibilities transacted in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company due to the exercise of awards made under the terms of the 2020 Executive Performance Share Plan ("EPSP") award. The 2020 EPSP was made on 24 November 2020 and vested on 15 March 2023 as a result of the performance conditions attaching to the 2020 EPSP award having been satisfied as to 66.67%.
