Nicole Seligman - External Appointment

WPP today announces that Nicole Seligman, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Far Peak Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: FPAC.U), a special purpose acquisition company with effect from 2 December 2020.

Far Peak Acquisition Corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange on 3 December 2020.

Nicole resigned as a non-executive director of Far Point Acquisition Corporation following completion of its merger with Global Blue Group AG on 28 August 2020.
