DILUTION OF MINORITY SHAREHOLDING IN SOUTH AFRICAN SUBSIDIARY UNDER BEE

In order to achieve the requisite score under Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) laws for enhanced business opportunities with State-owned Enterprises in South Africa, 31 % shareholding in APE Pumps Pty Limited, held by WPIL SA Holdings Pty Limited (South African Subsidiary of WPIL Limited), has been agreed to be diluted to a BEE owned Company.
