We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on date has appointed Mr. Brahma.Prakash Khare (DIN02288814) as the Executive Director (Operations) of the Company for a period of three years with effect from l " March, 2023 at a remuneration recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors subject to the approval of the Members to be obtained at the next General Meeting of the Members of the Company. This notice is intended in line with requirements of Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with the change in the composition of the Board due to induction of Mr. Brahma. Prakash Khare as Executive Director (Operations) of the Company.
