Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on date has re-appointed Mr. Prakash Agarwal as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from l " November, 2022 at a remuneration recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors subject to the approval of the Members to be obtained at the next General Meeting of the Members of the Company.

Similarly, the Board has also re-appointed on date Mr. K.K.Ganeriwala as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from l " November, 2022 at a remuneration recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors subject to the approval of the Members to be obtained at the next General Meeting of the Members of the Company.
