Sub: Notice Of AGM & Book closure

We would like to apprise you that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on May 20, 2022, it was decided that the Sixty Eighth Annual General Meeting is convened to be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with General Circular No 2/2022 dated 05,05.2022, General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 05,05.2020, General Circular No. 02/2021 dated 13.01 2021, General Circular No. 19/2021 dated 08.12.2021 and General Circular No. 21/2021 dated 14.12.2021, the Company shall conduct the meeting from Registered Office situated at Trinity Plaza (3rd Floor), 84/lA, Topsia Road,(South), Kolkata -700046 which shall deemed to be venue of Meeting to transact the business specified in notice convening Sixty Eighth Annual General Meeting. The Notice convening the Meeting along with Annual Report will be forwarded to you in due course in terms of Regulation 34(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

Please note that the Board of Directors recommended dividend of rupee ten per share for the year ended 31st March, 2022.

Pursuant provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to apprise you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, the August 18, 2022 to Wednesday, the August 24, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Payment of Dividend.
