Quarterly Announcement of Unaudited Net Asset Value

As at the close of business on 30 September 2025, the Company's unaudited Net Assets were estimated to have a value of £14.411 million, which included a valuation of the Group's Italian cinema by its new independent valuer, CBRE Valuation S.p.A., of €5.46 million (£4.766m). Curno trading for September and October was solid, with market share maintained and revenue per attendance continuing to exceed original expectations. Details were as follows:
