WorleyParsons completes acquisition of TWP Holdings
WorleyParsons is pleased to announce the completion of its ZAR 900m acquisition of TWP Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (“TWP”).
The acquisition of TWP, announced on 24 October 2012, gives WorleyParsons’ customers access to the world class specialised underground mine planning and engineering capabilities, mineral processing and project management solutions of TWP.
The Chief Executive Officer of WorleyParsons Andrew Wood said: “I am delighted to have completed this important strategic acquisition and look forward to realising the many synergies that will serve to benefit our mining and minerals processing customers.”
