Takeover bid for Evans & Peck Group Limited Close of offer period and notification of relevant interests

The takeover bid by WorleyParsons Infrastructure Holdings Pty Limited ( WorleyParsons Infrastructure ), a wholly owned subsidiary of WorleyParsons Limited, for all the ordinary shares in Evans & Peck Group Limited ( Evans & Peck Shares ) closed at 7pm (Sydney time) on 22 December 2009.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.3, we notify that:

1. WorleyParsons Infrastructure and its associates have a relevant interest in 99.95% of the Evans & Peck Shares; and

2. as the applicable thresholds have been reached, compulsory acquisition of the outstanding Evans & Peck Shares will proceed.
