Share Transfer by Wilaci Pty Limited
Wilaci Pty Limited, a shareholder of WorleyParsons Limited in which John Grill has a relevant interest, has transferred 8 million ordinary shares in the company to Mr Grill’s former wife as part of a division of property following a divorce in February 2008.
The shares transferred are subject to disposal restrictions in the hands of the transferee which require that for as long as Mr Grill remains Chief Executive Officer or a director of WorleyParsons Limited, disposal of the shares will be limited to a maximum of 100,000 shares per month (except where the disposal is by way of book build).
Following this transfer, Mr Grill will continue to control 25,313,786 WorleyParsons Limited ordinary shares, representing 10.57% of issued capital.
