Worley sells public infrastructure advisory business
Worley announces the sale of the Capital Projects Advisory (CPA) business for a cash consideration of approximately $48 million. CPA was acquired by TSA Management Pty Ltd (TSA), which is a project services consultancy focused on critical infrastructure and property projects across Australia and New Zealand.
CPA is a small part of Worley’s Advisian consulting business. CPA is a niche advisory business specializing in capital project delivery within the public infrastructure sector. CPA comprises approximately 110 professional staff located in Australia and New Zealand. Advisian continues to be an important part of Worley’s growth strategy.
Worley’s purpose is delivering a more sustainable world and supporting our energy, chemicals and resources customers on their sustainability journeys. The sale of CPA is consistent with this strategy.
