WorleyParsons Limited (ASX: WOR) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of WorleyParsons Limited (‘WOR’) will be placed in trading halt at WOR’s request, pending it releasing an announcement about the outcome of the institutional component of an accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 October 2018.

WorleyParsons Limited ( WorleyParsons ) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted with respect to WorleyParsons’ shares pending an announcement to the market in relation to a transaction including a capital raising.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, WorleyParsons provides the following information:

(a) WorleyParsons requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on 24 October 2018; and
-
(b) WorleyParsons is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
