WorleyParsons completes despatch of Retail Entitlement Offer Booklet

WorleyParsons Limited (“ WorleyParsons ”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the despatch of the retail entitlement offer booklet (“ Retail Entitlement Offer Booklet ”) and personalised entitlement and acceptance form to shareholders eligible to participate in the retail component of its accelerated nonrenounceable pro rata entitlement offer announced to ASX on Monday, 22 October 2018 (“ Retail Entitlement Offer ”).
