Retirement of Chief Financial Officer and appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer
Tom Honan will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Worley effective 21 June 2021. Tom is retiring after a long and successful career with ASX listed entities culminating in five years of dedicated service to Worley.
Worley is undertaking an executive search for Tom’s replacement, and pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Worley confirms that the current Executive Group Director Corporate Finance, Charmaine Hopkins, will act as Interim CFO effective 22 June 2021 until a permanent appointment commences.
Tom will remain with Worley to support the transition until 30 July 2021.
Charmaine joined Worley in November 2019. Prior to joining Worley permanently, Charmaine worked at KPMG for 17 years, including a 12-month secondment to Worley as the Global Director Corporate Finance and was most recently a KPMG Partner for six years. Charmaine brings an in-depth understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital structure and has a strong understanding of the Worley business based on her experience at Worley over recent years.
Worley previously announced Tom Honan’s retirement on 21 December 2020.
