WorleyParsons confirms appointment of non-executive director
As foreshadowed by the Chairman at the 2017 Annual General Meeting, WorleyParsons Limited is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Anne Templeman-Jones to its Board of Directors effective 1 November 2017.
Anne is an experienced non-executive director currently holding non-executive director roles with GUD Holdings Limited, HT&E Limited and Cuscal Limited.
During her executive career, Anne held roles as chief executive officer, executive director and general manager, starting her career in audit working in both Switzerland and Australia with PwC.
Anne has a Masters in Risk Management from the University of NSW; an Executive MBA from the AGSM, University of NSW; Bachelor of Commerce from the University of WA; CA qualified and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
The Chairman of WorleyParsons, John Grill, said: “We are delighted that Anne has agreed to join the Board of WorleyParsons. Anne’s strong skills set and breadth of experience will be a valuable addition to the Board and complements our existing abilities. We welcome Anne to the Board and look forward to her contribution.”
