Tom Honan appointed Group Managing Director Finance/CFO
WorleyParsons Limited (WOR) announces the appointment of Tom Honan to the position of Group Managing Director Finance/CFO. Tom will commence this role on 1 December 2015 and will be based in Melbourne.
Tom was most recently CFO of Federation Centres and has also held roles as CFO of Transurban and CFO of Computershare.
As GMD Finance/CFO of WorleyParsons, Tom will be a member of the Group Leadership Team and have overall responsibility for finance, information management, assurance, development, communications and investor relations.
WorleyParsons CEO, Andrew Wood, said of Tom's appointment, “I am delighted to welcome Tom to WorleyParsons. I believe he will play a significant role in stewarding WorleyParsons through the current adverse market conditions and contributing to the company’s future success.
After a three month transition period, the current CFO, Simon Holt will be leaving the company. Andrew Wood said, “I would like to sincerely thank Simon for his contribution and achievements as CFO. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”
