Termination of Placing Programme

In light of the expected publication later today of the Company’s annual results, which would have given rise to the requirement to publish a supplementary prospectus, the Company has decided to terminate with immediate effect the Company’s placing programme which was established on 13 July 2021 (the “Placing Programme”). Given the prevailing discount of the Company’s share price to the net asset value per share, the Board believes that terminating the Placing Programme is in shareholders’ best interests.
