Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 20 February 2023 the following options over ordinary shares of US$0.001 in Worldsec Limited (the "Company") were granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme"), which was adopted by shareholders in the Company's general meeting on 26 February 1997 and amended in the Company's general meeting on 29 September 2014, to the Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") as listed below.

The Options granted have an exercise price of US$0.034 per share, which was the same as the exercise price of the Options granted to PDMRs and certain staff of the Company on 29 May 2019.
