Worldsec Limited (the "Company")

Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2014 all the resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2R of the Listing Rules, the Company has submitted a copy of the resolutions passed at the meeting (other than resolutions concerning ordinary business) to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism.  

The Company would also like to correct a typographical error in the Half Yearly Report announcement released on 28 August 2014.  Since the release of the announcement, the Board has subsequently noted a typographical error in the third sentence of the second paragraph which reads "The decline in the loss per share basically reflects the increase in the number of shares as a result of the share issue associated with the fund raising exercise in August 2014." The correct statement should be ""The decline in the loss per share basically reflects the increase in the number of shares as a result of the share issue associated with the fund raising exercise in August 2013."
