Brown, P.G., do hereby consent to the SEDAR filing and/or public filing in any other manner with the securities regulatory authorities referred to above of the technical report entitled " Mineral Resource Estimate for the Escalones Copper Project Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile " (the "Technical Report") dated October 6, 2021, and dated effective August 15, 2021, by the Company.

I also consent to the public filing of extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the Company's press release dated August 23, 2021 (the "Press Release").
