Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 4 August 2014 the issued share capital of Workspace consists of 146,379,282 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £1 each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 146,379,282.

The above figure of 146,379,282 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Workspace under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
