Investor/Analyst Presentation

Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace"), London's leading provider of space to new and growing businesses, is today, 24 October 2013, hosting a presentation for investors and analysts at Exmouth House, 3/11 Pine Street, London, EC1R 0JH, at 3.30pm. The session, chaired by Jamie Hopkins, Chief Executive Officer, will review Workspace's targeted in-house marketing approach and how active management and fresh market data enables the Company to enhance performance and drive value.

The presentation will be available on the investor section of the Workspace website from 4.00pm on 24 October 2013. No material new information or update on trading will be provided.

Workspace will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2013 on Tuesday 12 November 2013.
