Options over Ordinary Shares of 100p (the "Options") granted under the Group's Save As You Earn ('SAYE') share option scheme (Scheme).  The Options were granted on 31 July 2013 to participating employees to buy shares in the Company at an option price of £3.47.  The award was made under the regular SAYE share option scheme.  Mr  Pieroni, was  granted the following Options:
