Transfer of Shares

Workspace Group PLC ("The Company") announces that on 7 March 2014 Graham Clemett, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 20,372 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Julia Mary Clemett for nil consideration. The Company also announces that Christopher Pieroni, PDMR, transferred 213,096 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.146% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Caroline Maria Pieroni for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Graham Clemett and Christopher Pieroni and their connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
