Transfer of Shares

Workspace Group PLC ("The Company") announces that on 19 November 2013 Angus Boag, PDMR, transferred 127,123 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.087% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Claire Boag for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Angus Boag and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
