WORKSPACE GROUP PLC (the "Issuer")

CANCELLATION OF BONDS

£57,500,000 6.00 per cent fixed rate bonds due 2019 (ISIN: XS0832324981) issued by the Issuer on 9 October 2012

(the "Bonds" and the holders thereof, the "Bondholders")

Further to the announcement on 10 September 2018 made by the Issuer relating to the Issuer's redemption of the Bonds, the Issuer announces that the listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission of the Bonds to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc has been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today.
