VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 14 November 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 161,048,840 Ordinary Shares of 100 pence each with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 161,048,840.

The above figure (161,048,840) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
