Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Maria Moloney, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from the close of the Company's AGM on 22 July 2021, having served nine years on the Board of the Company.

The Board thanks Maria for her significant contribution to the Company during her tenure, in particular her service as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee from July 2013 to January 2021.
