DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Workspace Group PLC, London's leading provider of space to new and growing companies, announces the retirement of Bernard Cragg as Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Non-Executive Independent Director with immediate effect.  Chris Girling succeeds him as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.

The Board of Workspace is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Stephen Hubbard as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. His appointment will become effective on 16 July 2014.

Stephen is currently Chairman of CBRE UK. He joined Richard Ellis in 1976 and held the position of Head of EMEA and UK Capital Markets from 1998 to 2012.  He is also Chairman of London Business Network and a member of the Advisory Board for Redevco which is a pan European property holding Company.

There is no further information which falls to be disclosed under the Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.
