Woolworths Group completes transaction with Quantium

On 20 April, Woolworths Group announced that it was strengthening its partnership with data science and advanced analytics business Quantium and increasing its shareholding from 47% to 75% for a purchase price of $223 million. The transaction completed on 31 May 2021.
