Woolworths is considering a number of alternatives as part of its ongoing capital management strategy, including an issue of a hybrid security.

The Woolworths Limited Board has not made any decision to undertake any capital raising. If the Board decided to proceed, an announcement would be made to the market at the appropriate time.
