WOOLWORTHS LIMITED - WOOLWORTHS NOTES II - DEFERRED SETTLEMENT TRADING
On 18 October 2011, Woolworths Limited announced an offer of dated, unsecured, subordinated, cumulative notes (the “Notes”). Please refer to the Offer Document dated 26 October 2011 for information regarding the terms of issue of the Notes.
Deferred Settlement Trading
It is expected that the Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12:00 pm AEDT on Friday, 25 November 2011 (ASX Code: WOWHC).
