Woolworths announces new director

Woolworths Limited today announced its intention to appoint Ms Holly Kramer as a Non‐Executive Director.

Ms Kramer has agreed to join the Board in the first half of 2016. Holly is currently serving as a Non‐ Executive Director of Nine Entertainment Corporation, Australia Post and AMP Limited.

In her executive career, Holly was the Chief Executive of apparel retailer Best & Less, where she was responsible for transforming the business and returning it to growth and profitability. Prior to Best & Less, she held executive roles at Pacific Brands and Telstra.

Holly has a BA with Honours in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
