Company Secretary Resignation

Woolworths Limited (Woolworths) today announced the resignation of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Peter Horton effective 6 June 2014.

Woolworths CEO Mr Grant O’Brien said; “Peter has made a significant contribution to the Company and has been involved in all aspects of Woolworths’ growth and diversification over the last eight years. We wish him well in his future endeavours.”
