Woolworths Limited appoints new Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary

We refer to the announcement of 5 June 2014 regarding the search for a replacement for Mr Peter Horton as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.

The search has been finalised and Dr Richard Dammery has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 1 September 2014.

Richard has had a broad career to date, encompassing experience in legal practices, in‐house legal positions and general management positions. Richard's prior roles have included working for Coles as their General Counsel and Company Secretary, Telecom New Zealand in a variety of legal and General Management positions and most recently was a partner with Minter Ellison.
