The Woolworths Group Limited Annual General Meeting will be held in Sydney on Monday 16 December 2019.

An Extraordinary General Meeting to consider stage 1 of the proposal announced on 3 July 2019, to create and separate Endeavour Group, is also scheduled to be held on 16 December 2019.
