Following our announcement dated 20 September 2018, we report that reference to Related Party Transactions is made in Note 18 of the Unaudited Consolidated Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements 30 June 2018.
The book value of the Company's share, with a nominal value of 34 Euro cents, on 30 June 2018 was calculated based on the weighted average number of shares, 213.751.249 to the Net Assets of the Group, €133.968.000.
