ANNOUNCEMENT

As required by the CSE Regulations, the public company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, wishes to announce that, as a result of a decrease in the book value of the Group's investment and other property, due to revaluation, the consolidated results for 2017 will show a loss compared with a profit last year.
