ANNOUNCEMENT

Yesterday, the 10th September 2015, the Annual General Meeting of the Public Company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc took place.

At the meeting Mr. Marios N. Shacolas, Demetris Demetriou, Pambos Ioannides, Nicolas Wilson and Stefos Stefanides were re-elected as Directors.

Also PwC were reappointed Auditors of the Company.
