• l. To consider and approve the Audited financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended 31't March, 2021 alongwith Auditors Report;
• Z. Any other business matter with permission of the Chairperson and majority of direetors presents at the meeting.

Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated 26m March, 2021, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative" for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code") under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insidqr Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company had already been closed for the Insiders

covered under the Code, with effect from l't Apil,202l and same shall reopen after the end of 48 hours after the results are made public.
