Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 27, 2021, Roxane Divol resigned as a Director of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of that same date. Ms. Divol tendered her resignation to focus her full time and attention on her new employment. Ms. Divol’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board of Directors of the Company reduced the size of the Board of Directors from eleven to ten following Ms. Divol’s resignation.
