The Supervisory Board of Wolford Aktiengesellschaft appointed Axel Dreher
at today's Supervisory Board meeting to serve as the new member of the
Executive Board of Wolford AG as per March 1, 2013. Mr. Dreher will serve
as a Member of the Executive Board with management responsibility for
Production and Technology as well as Procurement.

The German-born manager served in various management positions, for example
at Triumph International Austria, FAG Austria and the German Schaeffler
Group.

By transferring management responsibility in some areas from CEO Holger
Dahmen to Axel Dreher, Mr. Dahmen will be given the time and capacity
required to more strongly concentrate on strategic and growth-related
issues, especially with respect to marketing and sales. At the same time,
the appointment of Mr. Dreher will enable the company to accelerate the
previous positive development of the company's production operations and
procurement.

From March 1, 2013 the Executive Board of Wolford Aktiengesellschaft will
consist of Holger Dahmen, Chairman of the Executive Board with management
responsibility for Strategic Corporate Development, Marketing, Sales and
the subsidiaries, Thomas Melzer, with management responsibility for
Finance, Investor Relations, Legal Affairs, Human Resources and IT, and
Axel Dreher, with management responsibility for Production and Technology
as well as Procurement.
