Vienna/Bregenz, March 12, 2012. Peter Simma, Chief Financial Officer and
Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Wolford AG, is leaving the
company on his request. Since August 2001 he has been a member of the
Executive Board of Wolford AG with management responsibility for
Finance/Controlling, Investor Relations, Legal, Human Resources, IT and
Procurement. He will continue to fulfill all his duties and
responsibilities at Wolford AG until September 14, 2012.
