Meusburger and Gerd Strehle elected board members At the annual meeting of shareholders of Wolford AG, held at the company’s headquarters in Bregenz yesterday evening, three new members of the Supervisory board were elected. The lawyer Theresa Jordis, born in 1949, is a founding associate of the Viennese law firm Dorda Brugger Jordis Rechtsanwälte GmbH, and she has advised several international clients in the fashion and branded goods industries for many years. Wolfgang K. Meusburger, born in 1954, worked for companies like R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, Unilever and last as CEO of the Tchibo- Eduscho group during his international management career. Gerd Strehle, born in 1941, is founder and since 2000 CEO of the luxury brand Strenesse AG. The elections to the supervisory board had been necessary, since the mandates of Leopold Bednar, Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 1994, and of Manfred G. Wilhelm, member of the Supervisory Board since 1988, had expired, and both did not stand for re-election. Dr. Astrid Gilhofer had resigned on 13 August 2003.
