We wish to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 6250 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each on 5[th] May, 2023, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs.72,04,41,615/- (14,40,88,323 equity shares of Rs.5/- each) to Rs.72,04,72,865/- (14,40,94,573 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).

The Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to all dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.
